All information provided on the website is for information only and liable to change. The information on the website is not comprehensive. It is provided subject to changes that may have occurred since its release online.

4. Contractual limitations of technical data

The website uses WordPress technology and PHP language.

The website may not be held liable for any material damage incurred by use of the website. Furthermore, the website user undertakes to access the website with recent equipment, containing no computer virus and using an up-to-date, latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and infringements

Château de Sales owns the intellectual property rights or rights of use for all elements accessible on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of some or all of the elements of the website, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, without express written authorisation from Château de Sales.

Any unauthorised use of the website or any of the elements it contains will be deemed an infringement and subject to legal proceedings under Article L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Restrictions on liability

Château de Sales may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Château de Sales website that is the result of either using equipment that does not comply with the specifications detailed in paragraph 4, or the presence of a bug or incompatibility.

Château de Sales may not be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of market share) that may result from use of the website.

Interactive pages, such as the possibility of asking questions in the contact form, are made available to users. Château de Sales reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted on such pages that contravenes the prevailing laws and regulations in France, in particular as regards data protection. 7. Data protection

In France, personal data are protected, inter alia, by Act 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the website, the URL of links used to access the website, the user’s internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address may be collected.

In all events, Château de Sales collects personal information about the user only for the needs of certain services offered by the website. Users provide this information knowingly, in particular when they enter it themselves. In such case, users of the website are informed whether the information is mandatory or not. Any information that may be collected will not be kept for more than 36 months.

Under Article 38 et seq. of Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (the French Data Protection Act), users have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete their personal data which they can exercise by sending a written and signed request, with a copy of their ID signed by the holder of the ID, stating the address to which the answer must be sent.

No personal information about a user of the website will be published, exchanged, transferred, given or sold to a third party on any medium without their knowledge. Such information would be handed over to a third party only if Château de Sales were to be sold, in which case the buyer would be bound by the same data protection and modification obligations with regard to the user of the website.

The database is protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998, transposing Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

The website contains a number of links to other websites that have been introduced with the authorisation of Château de Sales. However, Château de Sales has no control over or liability for the contents of any websites accessed via these links.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
